Redding sets best time on new extra-hard Bridgestone rear

Scott Redding clocked his best time in Argentina during the opening day of free practice using Bridgestone's new extra-hard rear tyre, which has been introduced specifically to cope with the high speed and abrasion at the Termas de Rio Hondo circuit. Redding, who is aiming to make up for the disappointment of his lap-one crash last weekend in Austin, was eighth fastest with a time of 1m 39.892s on the the Estrella Galicia 0,0 Marc VDS Honda.
