Movistar Yamaha rider Jorge Lorenzo celebrated his 28th birthday in style as he recorded the fastest time at Monday's in-season test at Jerez. After dominating the Spanish Grand Prix over the weekend, Lorenzo took top honours once again when he posted a time of 1:38.516, topping the timesheets in the morning and afternoon sessions as he got 49 laps under his belt. His teammate, Valentino Rossi, finished four-hundredths of a second off the pace, with his time of 1:38.550 the second fastest on the day.
