Rossi reflects on wet and wild win

Valentino Rossi reflected on his tense win on a very slippery Silverstone at the British MotoGP on Sunday. The Italian held off challenges from Marc Marquez and Danilo Petrucci for a nervy win, grabbing the lead in the riders' championship in the process. "I'm very happy and proud of this victory, it's a great feeling!" quipped the 36-year-old on crash.net. "I think that the last race on the wet that I won was ten years ago.
