Marquez pips Crutchlow in Austin FP3

Marc Marquez pipped Cal Crutchlow to the fastest lap time during Saturday morning's Free Practice 3 for the Americas MotoGP. The pair repeated their Friday positions after reigning double world champion Marquez exchanged the top spot with LCR Honda's Crutchlow in the closing minutes. Marquez put his Repsol Honda 0.188s clear of the Englishman on his twelfth and final lap of the foggy but dry session. Crutchlow, riding with a new chassis this weekend, was in turn 0.157s clear of Movistar Yamaha's Jorge Lorenzo, who had a much better session after struggling with bronchitis on his way to eleventh on Friday.
