Redding positive over new chassis upgrade

Britain's Scott Redding has given the updated Honda chassis the thumbs-up after receiving the upgrade for Jerez, but the Estrella Galicia 0,0 Marc VDS rider was struggling to find the extra pace needed to climb the times on Friday. Redding ended the first day of free practice in 12th place on the combined times with a lap in 1m 39.967s leaving him 0.793s down on Movistar Yamaha's Jorge Lorenzo.
