Birthday boy Lorenzo fastest at Jerez test
Jorge Lorenzo completed a dream weekend at Jerez by topping Monday's official post-race MotoGP test, on his 28th birthday. The Spaniard claimed his first podium of the season with victory from pole in Sunday's race, when he also smashed his own official lap record. Returning to the circuit on Monday, Lorenzo took over at the top of the test timesheets shortly after 2pm, where he remained until the 6pm closing time.
