‘Over the limit’ Marquez talks Mugello misery
Reigning MotoGP champion Marc Marquez made quick work of negating his career worst 13th place start in the Italian Grand Prix - only to see his title hopes dealt a further hefty blow when he crashed out of a podium place. The incident was all the more frustrating for the Repsol Honda star since he had 'done the hard work' by carving his way to fourth on a typically daring opening lap. With Jorge Lorenzo disappearing into the distance, Marquez spent the rest of his race battling for second, against the likes of Ducati riders Andrea Iannone and Andrea Dovizioso, plus team-mate Dani Pedrosa.
