Moto3: Fastest Quartararo declines wet laps

Star Moto3 rookie Fabio Quartararo didn't take long to make an impact in grand prix, setting a record pace during the opening official test of 2015. The 15-year-old Frenchman, allowed to race the full season due to his status as reigning CEV champion, set a best time of 1m 39.392s during the first day of this week's Valencia outing. That was under the official race lap record and bad weather over the following two days kept the Estrella Galicia 0,0 Honda rider on top of the timesheets.
