Marquez breaks finger in training crash

REPSOL Honda rider Marc Marquez fractured his little finger of the left hand after crashing his dirt bike whilst training and has since undergone surgery.  The 22-year-old Spaniard had his fractured little finger operated on this afternoon by Dr. Xavier Mir, Head of the Unit for Hand and Upper Extremities Pathology at the Hospital Universitario Quiron Dexeus in Barcelona, which has subsequently said to have been successful.
