Jorge Lorenzo turned the tables on Marc Marquez by just 0.033s during Free Practice 2 for the British MotoGP. The Spaniards have fought for Silverstone glory for the past two seasons and again look the riders to beat after dominating a dry day one at the 2015 event. Meanwhile home star Bradley Smith made significant afternoon gains to jump up to third place for the satellite Tech 3 Yamaha team, just under two-tenths from Lorenzo. Second to Marquez by 0.388s in the morning, title leader Lorenzo made a storming start to FP2 - beating Marquez's FP1 best by 0.6s on only his second lap.
